A private holding and advisory firm based in Aruba. Operations across hospitality, education, and aviation.
We move quietly. We build for time. We answer only to substance.
OCC holds a portfolio of operating businesses across mobility, education, and aviation, and partners with international investors entering the Dutch Caribbean. The firm is privately held and operates from Oranjestad.
Our discipline is structural. In a market where accountants work apart from legal, marketing apart from strategy, and operators apart from one another, OCC brings those functions into a single coherent practice. We build what most ventures attempt to assemble after the fact.
Long in horizon. Narrow in distraction. Quiet by design.
Each branch is independently run, fully resourced, and integrated with the others through the firm’s central operations.
Two ventures are being prepared for launch. Both will operate under the OCC structure.
Aruba is a small jurisdiction with deep treaty access, a stable Dutch legal framework, and a position between the Americas and Europe.
For operators who understand it, the island is one of the most under-leveraged platforms in the Western Hemisphere — a strategic seat for capital, hospitality, and discreet international operations.
We work from here because this is where we are from.
OCC operates a private foundation supporting cultural preservation, women’s advancement, and the long-term welfare of Aruba. The foundation was established alongside the operating firm and receives a share of OCC’s annual profits as a structural commitment, not a discretionary one.
